    The Specifics

As your wedding planners, upon meeting we discuss your vision, style, priorities, and budget. Once a date is set, we provide you with a planning timeframe. We love excel, and hope you do too. All to-do's, booked vendors, payment notices, budget tracker, and appointment alerts are found in our Wedding Tracker Spreadsheet. Color coordinated and organized (very important!) Below are some of the services we provide as full service wedding planners.

  • Wedding Coordinator

or Day-of Coordinator. But let's be honest, our work starts long before your wedding date.

As day-of coordinator we organize and implement the logistics of your wedding starting the final weeks leading up to it.

We make sure that all the hard work spent on months of planning runs exactly how you envisioned. This is ideal for the couple who wants to enjoy their wedding day to the fullest and not worry about the nitty gritty details of the day. The wedding coordinator, unlike a full service planner, starts about two-three weeks prior to your event date and concludes at the end of your reception. We become the point of contact for all your established vendors, manage site visits, attend the final walkthrough with an established timeline, and run the show.

The following is a summary of all of the tasks the wedding coordinator takes on the day of your wedding.

  • TWO-THREE WEEKS PRIOR TO WEDDING DAY

Meet with clients to create a comprehensive timeline. Coordinator is introduced to vendors and becomes new point of contact. Coordinator attends site visits and final walkthrough.

    DAY-OF MORNING

Facilitate hair and make-up, florists, and photographer arrival times. Make personal deliveries. Emergency kit is presented to wedding party. Manage all vendors.

ONE WEEK PRIOR TO WEDDING DAY

Finalize details with clients and vendors. Final timeline is shared and confirmed with all vendors. Timeline includes arrival times and day-of addresses & contacts.

    DAY-OF CEREMONY

Ensure ceremony site is decorated as envisioned by the client. Ensure vendor arrival time is punctual and set up to start on cue. Set and strike if applicable. Serve as key communicator between the couple. Cue ceremony start time.

    REHEARSAL

Attend wedding rehearsal, coordinate wedding party, and assist officiator if need be.

    DAY-OF RECEPTION

Ensure reception site is decorated as envisioned . Ensure vendor arrival time is punctual and set to start on cue. Arrange seating cards and guest book. Set up table numbers according to guest seating chart. Ensure proper flow of the evening. Cue entrance, intros, speeches & toasts. Distribute final payments to vendors at the end of the evening. Pack up gifts, money cards, and personal reception items. Remain accessible for clients the entire night.

Service offered at $90/hour with a 10 hour minimum requirement on the wedding date.
